CoinsRaid Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

These sweepstakes terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoinsRaid, including the website, related applications, and any promotions offered through them. By creating an account or otherwise using CoinsRaid, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not access or use CoinsRaid.

Player Agreement Overview

CoinsRaid operates a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform. No purchase necessary to play or win. Participation in any sweepstakes promotion is voluntary and does not require the purchase of any product, service, or currency package.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and CoinsRaid. They apply to every feature of the platform, including account registration, game play, promotional entries, and prize redemption. CoinsRaid may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These sweepstakes terms and conditions should be read alongside the official rules and any promotion-specific disclosures published on the platform. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotion’s official rules, the official rules for that promotion control with respect to that promotion only.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited. Where local law restricts or prohibits participation, residents of that jurisdiction are not eligible to take part, regardless of any other provision of these Terms.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CoinsRaid shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You and CoinsRaid each waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only, and an arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person.

If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed from these Terms.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact CoinsRaid and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under rules appropriate to consumer disputes, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to limited judicial review as permitted by applicable law.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet each of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are of the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to participate in promotional sweepstakes.
• You are a legal resident of a jurisdiction where participation in sweepstakes-style promotions is permitted.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of CoinsRaid or its affiliates.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where sweepstakes participation is restricted or prohibited.
• All information you provide during registration is true, current, and complete.

Eligibility is limited to residents of participating jurisdictions as described in the official rules. CoinsRaid reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.

Age and identity verification may be required before any promotional prize is issued. If CoinsRaid determines that an account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements described in these Terms, any pending redemption may be canceled and the associated account may be closed without further obligation to the account holder.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

CoinsRaid grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not convey any ownership interest in the platform or its content.

CoinsRaid uses two categories of virtual, promotional tokens. Gold Coins are a play-only digital token that have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, goods, or services under any circumstance. Sweeps Coins are a promotional entry token that may, subject to these Terms and the official rules, be redeemable for prizes where legal.

Neither Gold Coins nor Sweeps Coins may be sold, transferred, exchanged, or pledged between users. All tokens remain the property of CoinsRaid and are licensed, not sold, to you for use within the platform.

Sweeps Coins accumulated through participation may be redeemed for prizes in accordance with the official rules, applicable redemption thresholds, and identity verification procedures then in effect. Redemption is not guaranteed and remains subject to the eligibility and verification requirements described elsewhere in these Terms.

CoinsRaid may modify the digital license granted under these Terms, including by adjusting token issuance rates, redemption thresholds, or available promotions, at its discretion and without prior notice, except where notice is required by applicable law.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify CoinsRaid immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Each individual may maintain only one account. CoinsRaid reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any prize redemption and to suspend an account pending completion of that verification.

CoinsRaid is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials, including losses arising from a shared device or a compromised email account. You remain responsible for reviewing your account activity periodically and for reporting discrepancies promptly.

• Use a unique, secure password and avoid sharing your login credentials.
• Keep your registered contact information current and accurate.
• Report any unauthorized transactions or profile changes without delay.
• Complete identity verification promptly when requested.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

CoinsRaid prohibits any attempt to defraud, manipulate, or abuse the platform, its promotions, or other users. Prohibited activity includes, without limitation, the following:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts to obtain additional entries or bonuses.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or emulators to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for personal gain.
• Providing false identity or eligibility information during registration or verification.
• Colluding with other users to circumvent these Terms or the official rules.

CoinsRaid may investigate suspected violations, withhold pending prize redemptions during an investigation, and permanently close accounts found to have engaged in prohibited activity, without liability to CoinsRaid.

CoinsRaid uses automated and manual review processes to detect fraud and abuse. Where CoinsRaid reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, it may decline to issue a prize, reverse a promotional credit, or refer the matter to appropriate authorities, in each case as permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All content on CoinsRaid, including graphics, logos, game designs, text, and software, is owned by CoinsRaid or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to CoinsRaid, you grant CoinsRaid a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and modify that contribution in connection with operating and improving the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of CoinsRaid without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of CoinsRaid’s trademarks, logos, or branding is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

CoinsRaid does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond CoinsRaid’s reasonable control, including network failures and third-party service outages.

In the event of a verified system malfunction, software error, or data corruption affecting game outcomes or token balances, CoinsRaid reserves the right to void affected results and restore accounts to their last known accurate state.

CoinsRaid will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance likely to cause extended downtime, but is not obligated to provide advance notice of emergency maintenance or unplanned outages. Promotional periods are not extended automatically to compensate for downtime unless CoinsRaid determines an extension is appropriate.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoinsRaid and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

CoinsRaid’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, you have paid to CoinsRaid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinsRaid from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

CoinsRaid makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for a particular purpose. The platform and all promotional tokens are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination and General Provisions

CoinsRaid may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access the platform ends immediately, and any unredeemed promotional tokens may be forfeited as permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by applicable law and constitute the entire agreement between you and CoinsRaid regarding your use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

CoinsRaid’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision. These sweepstakes terms and conditions may be revised periodically, and the effective date below reflects the most recent update.

You may close your account at any time by following the account closure process described on the platform. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including arbitration, liability limits, and indemnification, will continue to apply after your account is closed.
